HRSI Enrollment Agreement
By indicating that you agree to the HRSI Enrollment Terms and Conditions, you certify that you understand and agree to the information below.
This agreement enrolls the below signed student into the course which the student has selected and which is to be taken over a period of up to one (1) year through an online website. The course consists of individual modules of multi-media lectures, exercises and exams. Graduation can only be achieved if all modules have been completed. Training begins on the date of online access and is concluded when the student successfully completes all lecture sessions and exams. A certificate will be given to all graduates.
Performance
The course material for each HRSI program varies depending on the student’s licensing requirements that are administered by the regulatory agency governing the subject matter. For example, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (and virtually all States) presently requires 80 hours of training including subjects identified in 10 CFR Part 35.920, 25 TAC 289.252 and other corresponding regulatory guides. These subjects will be covered in HRSI’s 80-hour program. Note, however, that New York currently requires 200 hours of education. The possibility also exists that some States may require additional training for certain state-regulated activities involving Radiation Safety, and that the regulatory requirements in these disciplines may change in the future. Given this non-uniform regulatory environment, if you have any questions regarding the specific requirements for your discipline in your State, you should contact the appropriate regulatory agency. Satisfactory academic progress is accomplished through completion of the entire program. This program incorporates a series of exams used as teaching tools to chart student performance and academic understanding. Satisfactory completion of these exams is required for graduation of the program. A transcript will be maintained on each participant to verify adherence to the full duration of the program. HRSI reserves the right to withhold graduation certificates until the student has completed the entire training program. Some states may have clinical requirements for certain licensures. HRSI’s courses typically only satisfy the didactic requirement. It is recommended that you check with the individual state in which you plan to work to verify the existence of any clinical competency requirements. HRSI is not responsible for providing any clinical training.
Tuition
The tuition fees vary by course. Each Registration Form lists the fee for the course for which the student is registering. Tuition is due in full in order to gain a unique user ID and password that will grant access to the program and identify the student in the learning management system. The fee includes up to one full year of access to the lectures and course material. Students may revisit and review any of the sessions during that period, including using HRSI’s course material as a review for any subsequent Federal or State examination.
Refunds
Once a student registers and receives their log in access, a refund can not be issued.
